What happens if I accidentally damage my device?
All Rentoza subscriptions include comprehensive cover for accidental damage and theft. If an accident occurs, simply log a claim through our portal, pay the applicable excess, and we will handle the repair or replacement.
How long does shipping take?
Once your application is approved and your first payment is processed, your electronics will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Can I cancel my subscription early?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription before the term ends. Please note that an early cancellation fee may apply as per our terms and conditions to cover the processing and logistics of the return.
